We invite you on an exclusive culinary journey to the heart of the Mosel Valley, where history meets modern winemaking in perfect harmony.
For over 690 years, this legendary estate has produced exceptional Riesling wines on the exclusive Karthäuserhofberg monopole vineyard. Here, on slopes with up to 55% incline and the iron-rich Devonian slate that gives the wines their unique character, seven generations of the Leonardy/Behler family have perfected the art.
Kevin Kleu, Karthäuserhof's international wine ambassador, will guide us through the evening's wine experience.
Our chefs are composing a five-course dinner that dances in perfect balance with the spectacular selection of Riesling styles: from delicate Kabinett and complex Spätlese to prestigious GG wines - and of course their sekt (sparkling). It's something to look forward to!
