Our classic menus have been with us from the very beginning. Each features a selection of sashimi, nigiri and maki – crafted from different seasonal ingredients and preparations.

Our most celebrated menu – a signature experience since day one. Four courses take you through today's freshest sashimi, the chef's selected nigiri, our signature tempura salad, and a grand finale of gratinated lobster and our finest maki.

We begin with salmon and scallop sashimi – served with both ponzu and truffle sauce. Next, a selection of classic nigiri and tempura salad, followed by an assortment of sashimi and maki to finish.
