Catering Menus
Our catering menus are suitable for events from 6 to 300 people. The food is delicately presented on bamboo trays. If you desire a more exclusive presentation, you can rent porcelain tableware, which includes trays, plates, chopstick holders, soy sauce bowls, and sauce bottles for 75,- per person.
Easy to serve upon arrival
Edamame beans, crispy salmon skin, crispy wonton with salmon tartare for 65,- per person, and crispy wonton with halibut tartare and truffle sauce for 85,- per person.
Small menu – 520,- per person
Includes salmon tartare, sashimi of salmon and halibut with ponzu sauce (6 slices per person), as well as nigiri of salmon, halibut, scallop, shrimp, and salmon tataki (5 pieces per person). The maki selection includes spicy salmon maki, tempura maki, and crunchy salmon with asparagus (1 maki per person).
Medium menu – 670,- per person
Consists of shellfish salad with king crab, scallops, and shrimp. Sashimi of salmon, halibut, and tuna with ponzu sauce is served (6 slices per person), as well as nigiri of salmon, halibut, salmon tataki, tuna, and gunkan with salmon tartare (5 pieces per person). The maki selection includes spicy salmon maki, tempura maki, spicy scallop maki, and crunchy salmon with asparagus (1 maki per person).
Large menu – 850,- per person
Includes sashimi of hamachi with lemongrass and halibut with truffle sauce (6 slices per person), as well as nigiri of salmon, halibut with shiso, scallop, tenderloin, and gunkan with salmon roe (5 pieces per person). Lobster tail with sesame sauce (1/2 lobster per person) is included. The maki selection consists of ban tataki, tempura maki, spicy scallop maki, crunchy halibut, and spicy tuna (1 maki per person).
Dessert
Coconut mousse with crumble and passion fruit curd, or Valrhona chocolate mousse with salted caramel. Price: 115,- per person per dessert.
