For events in our private rooms, we require a pre-ordered menu,
as well as wines/wine package for the evening
Venue Hire
The price for renting a private venue is kr 5000,-
The following equipment is available for you: Private bar area with grand piano, sound and light system, and
98´´ screen. We ask that the company informs us at least the day before if
you wish to use this equipment
Adjustment of Guest Numbers
Changes in the number of guests 2 working days before the event date are free of charge
If the number is adjusted later than 2 working days before arrival, you will be charged for the number of people
booked (according to menu price)
Cancellation Policy
The booking is binding with the following deadline: Cancellation can be made free of charge
more than 4 working days before the event.
Cancellations up to 4 working days before the event will be charged kr. 5000,-
Payment
We accept the following: Visa/Eurocard/Diners.
Any invoicing must be agreed upon in advance
